**"Hooked on Victory: Peter Paul Azzopardi Crowned Champion of the Year!"** followed by Carmel Spiteri and Lawrence Pulis

We are pleased to congratulate Peter Paul Azzopardi on his outstanding achievement in winning this year's Overall Singles Competitions. This victory is the result of excelling across three challenging techniques: the Hand Pole League, the Bottom Fishing League, and the Float Fishing League.

Peter Paul Azzopardi demonstrated remarkable adaptability and skill, securing first place overall with an impressive total of over 18kg of fish. He was closely followed in second place by Carmel Spiteri, who achieved a total of 17kg, and in third place by Lawrence Pulis, with over 13kg.

In line with the Catch and Release practice, all fish were safely returned to their natural habitat after the competitions.
